Jonathan is the Owner of Didriks and Local Root, and the creator of the Dinner Series. Jonathan loves to entertain and spend time with friends and family at home.
Katy is the Visual Merchandising Manager at Didriks, and is the person behind the stunning table settings used in the Dinner Series events. She styles the photo shoots and also helps with menu inspiration and recipe suggestions. She gets her inspiration from watching cooking shows on PBS, browsing Pinterest, and recalling the dinner parties her parents threw when she was growing up in Connecticut. Her favorite Dinner Seriers event was during the 2012 holiday season, when Taryn whipped up her mom’s beloved Port Shallot sauce for the roast – tt was just as delicious as her mom makes it, the table setting was gorgeous, and the Bittersweet Chocolate Truffle Tart was to die for! When she’s not at Didriks, she can be found at home lounging on the couch with a Lafco candle burning, drinking a glass of Malbec out of a Schott Zwiesel glass and watching movies.
Nate has been the resident Photographer and Graphic Designer for the Dinner Series since 2011, taking and making pretty pictures of our pretty things. He also eats, a lot. When he was little, he thought pizza was his favorite food. Now he realizes that it was really just cheese. When he is not bouncing light off our wares and our foodstuffs, Nate wanders the countryside with his moped and camera in search of adventure.
